Dr. Rajasree Solipuram

Mobile Veterinarian

Rajasree Solipuram has earned her Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad, India (2001), and Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Environmental Toxicology from Southern University Agricultural and Mechanical College, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA (2007). She did her post-doctoral fellowship for 3 years in an Oncology research laboratory at Pennington Biomedical Research Center, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA. After moving back to India in 2011, she worked as a scientific writer in various capacities in different MNCs. However, in 2018, she left a lucrative career as a senior scientific writer to follow her passion to work with animals and joined one of the leading Veterinary Clinical practices in Hyderabad. While working full time at the clinic during the day, she also attended nearby pet households after-hours during the Corona epidemic to help those in need. Thereafter, to provide a more personalized and better quality Veterinary healthcare service for pets at the doorstep, she started her own venture in 2023 called Remo’s Paws ‘N’ Hearts (in the memory of her own pet, REMO), which is a mobile Vet service.
